About the Job

Clinical Practice Development Nurse is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive quality improvements and enhance patient care at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working clinically with residents with additional support needs and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and manage clinical projects that have had an organisational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sound, evidence-based recommendations for service improvements, to the Local and Group Clinical Governance Committee forums.
  • Confidently deliver robust, thought-provoking and engaging training workshops for clinical staff, enhancing clinical skills, theoretical knowledge and conceptual understanding of clinical practice.
