Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care services, encompassing personal assistance, mealtimes, and social activities.
- Promote residents' autonomy and support them in maintaining their independence.
- Respect and uphold the dignity and rights of all service users.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and other stakeholders.
