About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join Cornerstone Healthcare Group as our Clinical Practice Development Nurse.

This role will focus on implementing effective clinical outcomes, providing clinical guidance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and coordinating clinical aspects of care to ensure person-centred delivery
  • Working closely with General and Clinical Managers to deliver high-quality care
  • Providing clinical supervision and peer support to enhance professional development
  • Supporting preceptorship training for newly qualified Nurses
  • Conducting thorough investigations into safeguarding and clinical safety issues
  • Delivering engaging training workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice guidelines
  • Working knowledge of the CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on research and best practices in the field
  • In-depth knowledge of MCA Assessments and understanding of the MCA Act 2005 and 1989 (s.117 aftercare)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with neurodegenerative and mental health conditions
  • Experience of managing clinical projects with organisational impact
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, including benefits worth up to £5,000, enhanced rate for overtime, pension scheme, and specialist training.
