About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will possess current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
