Special Needs Teaching Assistant Graduate Role

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduates to join our team as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at a Primary School in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in SEN support and make a real difference in the lives of children.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in working with children with SEN and be able to provide individualized support to meet the needs of each student.
**Responsibilities Include:*
- Supporting students with SEN in a 1:1 and group setting
- Working collaboratively with the class teacher and therapists to develop and implement individualized plans
- Providing behavior and pastoral support to students
**Requirements:*
- Graduate or Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
**Salary & Benefits:** £90 - £110 per day, Mon-Fri, 8.30pm, term time only. Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD provided.
