Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited in Gravesend.

This temporary position will cover sick leave until at least March 2024, and is likely to be extended. As an experienced Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts and credit cards, processing expense claims, and preparing weekly or bi-monthly activity reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Process expense claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare weekly or bi-monthly activity reports to monitor financial performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in accounts administration.
  • Proven experience in purchase ledger management.
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple general ledger codes effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proactive, organised, and self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
