**PART TIME LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS**

**SALARY £9,000 - 15 HOURS A WEEK OVER 3 DAYS - 9AM - 2PM**

My client has an exciting opportunity for a **PART TIME** **LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR** to join their very busy lettings department. They are looking for a strong **administrator** to be part of a team doing pre tenancy oversee administration.

**Main duties include**:

- Completing the move ins
- Some accounts work
- Chasing Right to Rent Documents
- Liaising with clients and dealing with general queries
- General lettings administration
- Any additional assistance to support the team

**Requirements**:

- Motivated team player
- Commitment to providing high levels of service at all times
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills

**THIS POSITION IS 15 HOUR A WEEK, IDEALLY MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 9AM TO 2PM**
