**Details**
- Hours: 40 hours per week; Or Part time availability
- Monday
- Friday, rotating every 4th Saturday for opens (20-30 minutes).
- Rotating shift pattern each week (7am-3.30pm, 8am - 4:30pm & 9:00am - 17:30pm)

**Office Administrator Duties**
- Answering phone calls and directing to the correct individuals/ department;
- Logging calls with colleagues within the business;
- Keeping and maintaining a call log;
- Dealing with requests from stores as required;
- Contacting the stores on a regular basis to request information, and logging this on the internal trackers;
- Running and distributing various reports from Stockade namely, KPI, Cashiers Hourly Sales and POS Journal Reports;
- Filing paperwork as required;
- Carefully checking Bunzl & Hammonds invoices and requesting explanations/ return of equipment as required;
- Writing and filing dormant letters as required;
- Any other adhoc duties as required.
- Over time you will be delegated accountancy task from the Accounts Manager.
