Administration Assistant

We are an established commercial cleaning company based in Ebbsfleet. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, organised, PC literate Office Administrator to join our small but growing team. Based in our offices, working alongside our Office Manager, duties will involve:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, suppliers &
clients.
- Operate a variety of office equipment, including PC's with MS Office and CleanLink and Kashflow, phones photocopiers etc
- Collate, order and maintain office supplies
- Ordering of stock; cleaning materials, uniform, PPE, etc
- Schedule and diarise work
- Help with purchase ledger, sales invoicing and preparing VAT and payroll for the accountants
- Perform duties in an efficient & professional manner
- Adhere to internal process and procedures including health and safety
- Creating Tender packages and quotations, updating contracts for employees and clients
- Liaising with our HR Advisors
- Annual leave and time sheet management
- Fleet management; to include vehicle bookings for services and MOTs, insurance handling, incident reporting, fuel card management, Tolls and Congestion Charge handling
This is an all-round role that will grow with the company and One to one training will be provided on the job. We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
