**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Professionally manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate redirection.
- Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
- Maintain and organise office documentation and files for easy access.
- Facilitate the arrangement of appointments and meetings.
- Provide assistance with precise data entry and record management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on professional telephone etiquette.
- Skilled in clerical duties and office organisation.
- Well-versed in administrative procedures and systems.
- Capable of typing with high accuracy and speed.
- Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), for effective office management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.84-£13.60 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
