Office Administrator Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle sales calls with proficiency, actively engaging with clients to drive sales.
Prepare and send accurate quotations, and efficiently process incoming enquiries.
Coordinate with on-site operatives, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Manage the booking of work and scheduling to optimize business efficiency.
Handle the issuance of invoices and oversee the general financial transactions.
Contribute to the general running of the business, ensuring optimal performance.
Use CRM systems for tracking client interactions and sales progress.
Demonstrate a keen interest in professional growth, with a view to progressing to a managerial role.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong oral communication skills and a natural ability in sales.
- Experience in customer service or sales is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic administrative skills.
- Proactive, creative, and ambitious, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent organisational skills.
