We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a PCN Administrator. As a PCN Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Account's Manager, wider business and providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This a wide ranging role, that links various different other members of the team to create a team effort and shared goal to run an effective fleet.

**Duties**:

- Supporting general invoice, billing and transaction tasks
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and document preparation
- Processing PCN's and Speeding fines
- Maintaining accurate records of parking violations, appeals, and outcomes
- Filing PE3 and PE2 for court proceedings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and navigating through multiple systems simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience in mobility sector is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum

Location: Gravesend

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
