Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team.
**Main Purpose of this Role**:
- Data input is a large part of this role.
- Assisting in the day-to-day tasks set by the Finance Manager
- To assist the Finance Manager with the financial planning and development of the KASBAH services
Main Tasks and Responsibilities (Finance):
- Adhere to KASBAH’s Financial Procedures
- Inputting Supplier invoices into Sage and clearing down invoices once paid
- Inputting all receipts and payments onto Sage using online bank account statement
- _To assist the Finance Manager with the Final Year End Department reports_
- _To identify cost-saving mechanisms_
**Service Delivery**
- To contribute to the on-going development of the site and KASBAH as a whole by attending staff meetings, contributing to consultation processes and highlighted areas for development and/or improvement to the House Manager/ Coordinator.
- Adhere to KASBAH policies and procedures
Other Duties:
- All employees with a driving licence will be required to undertake driving duties.
- Any other occasional duties as reasonably requested by the line manager.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
