Join our friendly team as a part-time Accounts Assistant, where you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our Lettings, Property, and Block Management teams running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone who can help us ensure professionalism and profitability across our departments. The job runs Monday to Friday, from 1:30pm to 5:30pm.

What you’ll do:

- Keep an eye on purchase invoices and make sure they’re processed correctly.

Record service charge payments as they come in.

Process work orders with a keen eye for detail.

Handle letting invoices and assist in managing credit.

Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping resolve queries that pop up day-to-day.

Support our block manager with maintenance issues and help keep our accounts in line.

Coordinate with our letting outsource company and contractors, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Take on various office tasks as needed - we all chip in

Prepare packs for leaseholder sales/buyers, adding value to our sales process.

Get involved with Lettings by answering enquiries and scheduling viewings.

Assist with tenant referencing, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
