Job Description

The role of IT Support Specialist is a critical position within our organisation, requiring an individual with excellent customer service skills and technical expertise to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving hardware/software problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions using the call logging system and ensure full documentation of each case.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex service issues and manage workloads effectively.
  • Raise security concerns with the IT Manager and contribute to maintaining reports and logs in line with departmental policy.
Requirements
  • Active Directory user and computer administration experience.
  • Windows desktop administration and Windows Server administration skills.
  • O365 administration knowledge and proficiency in general network administration and troubleshooting.
  • ITIL Certification and excellent problem-solving skills.
