Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with account queries and issues
  • Helping customers complete their applications
