Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Leeds Bread Co-op. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring maximum performance levels in all areas of housing management services.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Description:
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and external partners to deliver an efficient customer-focused service.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring maximum performance levels in all areas of housing management services;
- Working closely with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes;
- Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact on service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Knowledge of the role of the Council Housing Service and its responsibilities in managing homes and communities.
