Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can enjoy benefits such as:

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop and execute food offerings, bringing your culinary expertise to the table.
You'll be a natural-born leader, happiest when guiding your team through challenging situations. As a self-starter, you'll constantly strive to improve yourself and exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a sous chef or equivalent position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a team
