Team Development Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Team Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the JobThe salary for this position is £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work in one of our 311 cafes across the country, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting your General Manager and deputising when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 18 years of age or older
- Practical work experience in cafes, fast food, restaurants, pubs, etc.
- Experience leading or coaching a small team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
