About the Role:

Enable Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Team Facilitator to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling individuals with disabilities to live independently.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders. You will also have experience in managing teams and leading projects, as well as a strong understanding of social care principles and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of staff to provide high-quality support services
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating training and development opportunities for staff

Salary: £28,961 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent.
