About the Role:

As a Care and Support Specialist with PSR Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining their dignity and autonomy. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing person-centred care to residents in line with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care plans and progress.

Requirements:
• N/SVQ level 3 qualification in adult care or equivalent.
• Medication training is preferable but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Salary: £15.00 per hour, paid on a permanent contract basis.
