Job Description

Hansel Alliance is seeking Daily Living Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our customers and residents with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, social, leisure and recreational activities.

About You

We are looking for highly motivated and caring individuals who are passionate about supporting others. As a Daily Living Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to customers and residents in their homes or community settings.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
