Support Worker - Mauchline Opportunity

Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual looking for a rewarding career in social care? We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in our Mauchline service, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, household chores, and community engagement. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our award-winning learning and development team to develop your skills and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our service users. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a rewards scheme, refer a friend bonus, and opportunities for career development.

Please note that a valid driving licence is required for this role, which involves working night shifts as part of a rotating rota.
