Child and Family Support Assistant

Ayrshire Independent Living Network is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working with a young child with Autism in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to this child, enabling them to reach their full potential. This is a part-time position, requiring a clean driver's license and use of own vehicle. The successful candidate will develop and implement personalized care plans, establishing strong relationships with the child and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. This role requires a caring and patient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
