Support Worker

At Enable, we offer a rewarding opportunity as a Support Worker in our dynamic organization. With various contracts available, including full-time and part-time opportunities, you will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your needs.
We are looking for motivated individuals who share our passion for supporting people with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support. You will also help expand their social networks and connections, promoting independence and inclusion.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health cash plans, an Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme, and Season Ticket Loans.
To be successful in this role, you will require person-centred approaches, planning, and thinking skills. You should also have a good understanding of autism, epilepsy awareness, moving and handling, and adult/child support and protection. First Aid training is also essential.
