Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £12.50 per hour, with guaranteed hours available. Our benefits package includes enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, and a pension scheme.

Job Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing.
  • Managing medications and cooking or preparing hot meals.
  • Helping with domestic tasks and providing companionship and reassurance to our clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • No previous experience required, but a kind and caring nature is essential.
  • A flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend off for work-life balance.
