Join Our Team as a Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Specialist in our Mauchline service. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing responsive support to individuals who need it most in our communities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our service users. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a rewards scheme, refer a friend bonus, and opportunities for career development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities
  • Providing personal care and promoting independence through assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and household chores
  • Helping individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks and promoting healthy lifestyles
