Culinary Care Specialist

The Priory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality food and hospitality for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in creating menus that cater to the dietary needs of our residents.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Manage food budgets and stocks, ordering supplies as needed.
- Oversee kitchen staff management, including training, recruiting, and scheduling.
About You:
We are looking for a confident individual with relevant experience in a similar-sized kitchen and qualifications in food hygiene, preparation, and cookery. This challenging role promises good career progression for the successful applicant; you will need to have the ability to think on your feet and a passion for food and service provision.
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
