The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with young people, families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans
  • Monitor and address any concerns or issues related to child safeguarding and wellbeing
