As a Care and Support Professional, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, managing behaviour, and promoting independence. You will also contribute to developing our staff through an extensive learning programme and in-house career development opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health cash plans, an Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme, and Season Ticket Loans.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of Person Centred Approaches, Epilepsy Awareness, Moving and Handling, Adult/Child Support and Protection, and Positive Behaviour Support is also required. First Aid training is a must.
