About the Job
We are recruiting for Personal Care and Social Support Workers to join our team at Hansel Alliance. In this role, you will provide support to our customers and residents with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, social, leisure and recreational activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to customers and residents in their homes or community settings
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, and household management
- Encourage and support participation in social, leisure and recreational activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, residents, and colleagues
Salary and Benefits
As a Personal Care and Social Support Worker, you can expect a competitive salary of £12 per hour + benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings across Ayrshire, developing your skills and experience while making a real difference to people's lives.
