Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our resident engagement team at Commonwealth Senior Living. As a key support role, you will assist our Activities Director in designing and delivering creative activity programs that promote resident participation and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff. If you are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for seniors, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Assist in designing and implementing resident-centered activity programs
- Coordinate logistics for activity events and outings
- Support Program Assistants and Activity Assistants in their daily tasks
- Contribute to the overall success of the resident engagement team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year' experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
