Pertemps Scotland is seeking a Vulnerable Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing guidance and advice to customers who require extra support.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support vulnerable customers.
  • Work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team.

  • A salary of £23,500 per annum, reflective of the company's commitment to fair compensation.
  • A hybrid working model, balancing office time with remote work (3 days in Kilmarnock office and 2 days from home after an initial 3-month probation period).
  • A 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays (8am-2pm monthly).
  • An impressive holiday package, increasing to 31 days after five years of service.
