Frontline Service Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Frontline Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading social care charity in Scotland, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in coordinating frontline services, developing the skills of our support staff, and ensuring high-quality support delivery. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate frontline services to ensure high-quality support delivery
- Develop and lead excellent support practices
- Foster strong relationships with staff teams, families, and external care professionals
- Manage individual budgets and prioritize workload effectively
Requirements
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use
- Strong facilitation skills and effective communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
