We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction consultancy, with a focus on commercial projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide expert advice on cost management, traditional quantity surveying, and employers agent services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our services and offerings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Chartered status or working towards it.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial project coordination, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
