Client Service Associate Role

Compensation: £26,500 + Bonuses + Company Vehicle Available

  1. Collecting valuable information from customers.
  2. Visiting clients' sites according to their specifications.
  3. Negotiating payment terms and creating relevant paperwork.
  4. Issuing court warrants for payment/enforcement.

Requirements
  1. Valid full UK driver's license
  2. Standard working hours: 8am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday
  3. Desirable but not essential: prior experience in debt collection/customer service
  4. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  5. Excellent command of spoken English
  6. Rapid decision-making capacity
