**Comprehensive HR Support:**
Hansel, a reputable social care charity, is seeking an experienced HR Services Director to join our team.
**Job Description:**
This role involves providing comprehensive HR advice and support to employees within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an HR advisory capacity and a strong understanding of employment law legislation.
**Key Responsibilities & Duties:**
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to staff members
- Manage Employee Relations cases with professionalism and tact
- Maintain accurate records of employee absences and implement effective absence management strategies
- Lead the recruitment process for new staff members
- Ensure HR data is up-to-date and systems are accurately maintained
**Requirements & Skills:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree-level education (or equivalent)
- Associate membership of the CIPD or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of employment law and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
**Salary Information:**
The salary for this position is between £33,069 and £35,343 per annum, depending on experience.
