About the Role:
NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a skilled nursing professional to lead the delivery of safe standards of nursing practice in East Ayrshire. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a focus on safety, effective resource management, continuous improvement, staff training and development, education, and research.

This position requires a Registered Nurse with Graduate or Masters-level education, as well as experience in senior operational and professional management roles. You should have expertise in managing service modernisation and redesign initiatives, integrating professional nursing perspectives with service strategy.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the senior management team for Children's Health, Care, and Criminal Justice services, supporting operational delivery within the Health and Social Care Partnership's purpose, values, and commitments.

Key responsibilities include developing strategy and strategic development of Health Visiting and School Nursing Services in partnership with clinical leads, senior managers, Local Authority partners, and other agencies.
