Job Title: Activities Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Activities Director to lead our resident engagement programs at Commonwealth Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative activity programs that promote resident participation and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in activities programming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and creating meaningful experiences for seniors, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement resident-centered activity programs that meet individual needs and interests
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Supervise Program Assistants and Activity Assistants to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage volunteer program, including training and supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in activities programming in a senior living setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license
