Job Overview
PRA Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead our human resources function in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

About the Role:
This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver the HR vision and people strategy for the organization across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have excellent commercial acumen, sound knowledge of employment issues, and experience in interpreting and implementing policies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR function to provide full support to the business
- Develop processes and metrics to achieve organizational goals
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Commercial acumen and sound knowledge of employment issues
- Experience in interpreting and implementing policies

Estimated Salary:
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
