Job Title: Resident Programs Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Programs Supervisor to lead our resident engagement team at Commonwealth Senior Living. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of creative activity programs that promote resident participation and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in activities programming, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff. If you are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for seniors, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all resident engagement programs and activities
  • Leadership of the Program Assistant and Activity Assistant teams
  • Development and implementation of new activity programs and initiatives
  • Management of the volunteer program and coordination of special events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in activities programming in a senior living setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license
