Community Rehabilitation Manager

We are seeking a Community Rehabilitation Manager to join our Justice team as a Painting Working Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering community-based rehabilitation services to individuals subject to court disposals.
Main Responsibilities- Organise and deliver community-based rehabilitation programs, including unpaid work tasks such as gardening, groundwork, foodbank deliveries, painting, litter collection, and DIY projects.
- Provide support and guidance to service users, promoting pro-social and trauma-informed practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including court officials and community partners, to ensure successful delivery of rehabilitation services.
A full current driving licence (with no more than six penalty points) is essential for this post. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field would be desirable but not essential.
Salary and BenefitsThis is a permanent part-time post with an expected salary range of £27,555 - £29,357 per year. The work pattern involves working three days per week, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.
