We’re looking to add a new Gaming Project Coordinator to our team. You’ll be busy working alongside a small team of talented, passionate and driven individuals. You will be working with UK and international clients, who hire us to find the best quality participants for their Market Research and Gaming playtests

Our clients hire us to recruit the very best participants for their research studies and/or gaming playtests. We have a growing reputation for delivering high-quality and are now looking to add to our team as our presence in the Gaming sector continues to grow.

**What’s the job?**

As Project Coordinator, your role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Delivering a high standard of customer service to clients at all times;
- Screening, selecting and validating eligible applicants;
- Booking applicants into appointment/playtest slots;
- Managing participants through the fieldwork period, ensuring they turn up when they are meant to; and
- Providing wider support across the business.

**Required Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Passionate about gaming, technology and/or entertainment

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience using Google Suite programs (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.) or Microsoft equivalent
- Experience building, managing and maintaining a customer database or CRM system
- Confident using video calling software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.)
- Knowledge of latest gaming software/hardware, technology and entertainment
