Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Community Rehabilitation Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized care plans and tailored rehabilitation to patients in their own homes.



Key Responsibilities

As a Community Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for:




  • Managing a caseload of patients and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Delegating work and supervising students
  • Evidencing continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with current national and local drivers influencing change


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Experience in occupational therapy with a focus on community rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
  • UK driving license and car ownership
