Team Development Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Team Development Manager to join our team at Enable Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading social care charity in Scotland, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in developing the skills of our support staff, fostering strong relationships with staff teams, families, and external care professionals, and ensuring high-quality support delivery. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead excellent support practices
  • Foster strong relationships with staff teams, families, and external care professionals
  • Manage individual budgets and prioritize workload effectively
  • Create and deliver robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments

Requirements

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use
  • Strong facilitation skills and effective communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
