People Development Specialist

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team. As a People Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of our people strategies, activities, policies, and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of organisational policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provide expert advice on employment matters, including attendance management, conduct, capability, grievances, and employee relations.
- Contribute to the development of training and development interventions.
- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work with our reputable clients and support their HR needs.
- You will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement and contributing to the development of our people strategies.
- You will also have the opportunity to work with our clients to design and deliver training and development interventions.
- Proven experience in HR advisory services, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a hybrid working environment and opportunities for professional development.
