What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees.
  • A hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office time with remote work (3 days in Kilmarnock office and 2 days from home after an initial 3-month probation period).
  • A 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays (8am-2pm monthly).
  • An impressive holiday package, increasing to 31 days after five years of service.
