Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at North Ayrshire Council. This role will provide administrative support to the Multi Agency Assessment Screening Hub, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external agencies.
The successful candidate will work in a busy office environment and may be required to work from home on a rota basis. It is essential to note that this post is based in Kilmarnock Police Office, requiring the post holder to undertake Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 (NPPV2).
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Multi Agency Assessment Screening Hub
- Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external agencies
