About the Job:
Enable Scotland is a leading provider of social care services, supporting over 1,100 individuals with disabilities across Scotland. We are seeking a highly skilled Team Facilitator to join our management team, responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders. You will also have experience in managing teams and leading projects, as well as a strong understanding of social care principles and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of staff to provide tailored support services
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including service user data and outcomes
Salary: £28,961 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent.
