About the Role

Enable Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Team Lead. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in facilitating high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline staff to deliver exceptional care and support services that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered approaches, utilizing their excellent facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership of the quality of support they deliver.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults and children with complex needs, including learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

You will also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and a proven track record of creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
